Hi, I am Madalina!
I have a background of 7 years in course design and facilitation on various technical and soft skills' related topics, in onsite and hybrid delivery for more than 400 beneficiaries.
I believe in the individual and collective benefits of an educated mind and spirit,
therefore I strive to promote education and learning in all my professional endeavours.

All of us have valuable information and experiences to share with those around us, in any format - visual, audio, as a story or through graphics or music. And all these content formats have a sequence of meaning embedded within, in order to make it purposefull for those on the receiving end. However, not all of us have the necessary practice of logic and critical thinking to bring clarity, structure and purpose to the knowledge that is harnessed in a latent format in our mind and spirit.
These are the "where" and the "when" moments where I can help!
I design using the story behind the content
All of us are authors and have a story to tell - and that is the "magical" element I try to uncover when I start any collaboration on any course.
Any topic - technical or soft - can be presented and shared from an unique perspective, because every author has a unique experience with the topic.
It is this individuality that I want every author to feel is present in the final course we design together, and that is why I believe that the underlying narrative matters.
Furthermore, authenticity and purpose of a course are essential for the learning to happen, because they enable the learner to assess the alignment with the content offered in a course and its learning objectives.
Where do I get my inspiration from
Depending on the topic/content of the course and the story of the author, I seek inspiration in the written word, in colours, music and sound, in visuals, in designs - in every piece of art that has a flow and a soul.
Every object around us, digital or analogue, was designed based on a rhythm of all senses. And this applies to any content - its flow reveals itself, and if I "stay in the moment" long enough, then the content speaks to me, it tells me what rhythm it looks for. All I have to do is listen and observe, and then (re)align with the author for feedback. I believe it is a creative process that both author and course developer are part of.
