This micro-branching scenario was designed as an e-learning module so that learners could receive coaching on two feedback situations usually encountered in corporate evaluation conversations or performance management reviews. As the module was developed within a research grant funded by 6Seconds, the Brain Talent Profile assessment is referenced in the scenario.

This module was developed within the research grant from 6Seconds and it showcases the study design used for the final reporting stage. It was also intended as an e-learning module for young researchers since it provides relevant details on what should be considered in a scientific study design and on how it is recommended to be structured.

This module was designed for new joiners in technical consultancy and the main goal was to ensure a basic understanding of cas-based and accrual-based accounting, together with a general overview on typical accounting roles.
