CASE STUDY
Context: The service desk analysts in the operational team needed a quick guiding tool with tips and tricks to remember during activity peaks.
Challenges: Email writing is the most used communication format, especially in support teams. However, when there is a combination between phone and email support, there are cases hen agents overlook and/or miss some vital aspects in email communication, which leads to negative feedback either from end users or from the client employees.
Solutions: This infographic was designed and developed as a job aid, to be sent to the employees after attending an instructor-led course, with the same topic.
This version of the infographic was designed for off-line presentation, because the icons are in GIF format, and each comparison shows up as a separate block, creating an adequate emphasis flow during delivery of course.
This means it can be used as a learning resource in a virtual instructor-lead course, if the trainer wants to emphasize some key-points of e-mail etiquette, and then summarize the content in the course per each comparison.
