CASE STUDY

Context: This research grant was designed to explore the connection between the processing of emotional and cognitive data and feedback accountability and feedback seeking behaviour in Romanian organizational contexts, and to uncover employee-centric frameworks that could enhance the empathic edge in employment experience design
