This research grant was designed to explore the connection between the processing underlying Brain Talents and  feedback seeking behaviours in Romanian organizational contexts.

The final data was developed as an e-Learning module, so that interested parties (researchers, stakeholders, facilitators, coaches) could access the results and integrate what they consider fit into their work and practice.
